Our yearly dues pay for our annual insurance policy, maintenance and repair of the Broad Cove easements, and fund community programs, such as the occasional ice cream trucks for children.

Annual dues are $55. We are not collecting dues for Secret Beach at this time.

Dues can be paid online with a credit card and using ApplePay using this site. Click the Add to Cart button, below, and follow the steps. And, please include all of your information, such as your phone number, under the Payment section. Otherwise, the transaction will not complete.

Our Board of Directors, Officers, and other neighbors volunteer their time to maintain the NBSCA, the common areas, and our easement rights to Broad Cove. Your membership supports our collective enjoyment of Broad Cove. Thank you.
